Sandia’s place was the perfect spot for my bachelorette trip!! Her home was very clean and had all the extras you may need for the beach. She was very quick with responding when I had questions. The house is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and it’s pretty close to everything you need. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The pool water was very greasy and the water was a bit slimy but other than that everything was awesome!

We loved this stay!! Super easy walk to the beach, we were nervous about that & there is a crosswalk!! Great location to Rosemary. Would recommend!

The photos honestly don’t do this place justice. It was very beautiful and fun. We were 2 families with a total of 3 little ones and they enjoyed the arcade a lot and we enjoyed barbecuing on the back porch. We saw a black bear twice which was exiting for us as we come from south fl and aren’t used to seeing them at all. Sandia was also very responsive and willing to help with anything we needed. We would all stay here again and recommend anyone with big families to stay here as well!

Absolutely perfect place and looks exactly like the pictures! Everything is so cute and clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby in those beds and loved the decor!! The neighborhood feels so safe and it’s so close to everything. Highly recommend (:

We had a great stay. Home layout was perfect for two adults and a couple kids, and more spacious than the photos. Pool was a short walk and very nice, never too crowded. Great walkable (<20 minutes with strollers/wagons) access to the public beaches. Comfy beds. Was really nice to have the stroller and wagon already in the garage. We did notice our feet got a little black from walking around the place like a few other reviews mentioned. Not sure exactly what that was from -- maybe asphalt residue from the road outside or something; so mostly wore socks inside. Regarding dryer comments, it worked fine for us when we ran it on a timed mode vs settings like "regular dry".

Great place to stay. The firepit and pool was great. Deck on top floor was a nice place for morning coffee or drinks at night. Only issue was we could not get in until 5 pm instead of 4, due to cleaning people running behind. The road to cabin is very winding and steep in areas and only 1 lane. Would stay again.

We had the best time during our stay! This location made the beach, restaurants, and shopping, all very accessible mostly by bikes and walking! The neighborhood was very quiet which we enjoyed after a day on the beach. Our host was amazing as well and took really good care of us. Highly Recommend!
